Videos/Music by great sounding guitar bands at that time that sounded like Skin Games (or the next U2 - Joshua Tree 1987):

Then Jerico / Muscle Deep single / 12" version does sound very SG like.
The album version of this track was so lame in comparison. LoL.
SG did the support act for TJ, so either one of based their brilliant guitar style from that track intro.
I think TJ Scott Taylor influenced by Jonny Willett on this one (or vice versa) - they even looked alike !

Then Jerico - Muscle Deep - extended 12" / Live VHS -> very SG like opening
Then Jerico - Muscle Deep (Single Version)
Then Jerico - Muscle Deep (Extended Version)

Of course, also this track ... NoiseWorks Touch - live (Australian Rock) .. love this

But there is only one Jonny Willett on guitar ..

Rockin In The Free World - British Rock in Romania - Live 1989/1990

In February 1990, just weeks after the bloody overthrow of Romania's communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu -
a drama watched by TV audiences around the world during Christmas '89

British bands Jesus Jones, Crazyhead and Skin Games, along with Radio 1 DJ Annie Nightingale,
travelled to the still dazed East European country to hook up with local bands Holograf and Compact B
for a series of extraordinary, euphoric concerts in Timisoara (19 Feb), Bucharest (21, 22 Feb) and Brasov (23 Feb),
compered by Nightingale and local DJ Andrei Partos. The first Bucharest show of this historic post-revolutionary tour
climaxed with all the bands joining eachother onstage for this anarchic and emotional encore of
Neil Young's 'Rockin' In The Free World'...

Skin Games, Jesus Jones & Crazyhead, make history, by becoming the first musicians to tour Romania after the revolution.
As seen on BBC TV program Reportage, reported in The Times, NME, Sounds & Melodie Maker.
